About Leighel Snyder

Although my middle name is Savanna, I wasn’t born here—I was born on Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. My father was introduced to Savannah, GA while serving in the Mighty 8th. My parents met and fell in love in this beautiful city and named me after her. When I was 7 years old, they moved us back to Savannah—just imagine being the new kid in the middle of 2nd grade with the name Savanna, which was almost unheard of at the time!
I graduated from Georgia Southern University and later moved to New York City, where I fell in love and eventually convinced my husband to come back with me to Savannah. Together we’ve built our life here, raising our amazing son, Ilya, who recently graduated from Mercer University in Macon, GA.
Today, I am proud to serve the Savannah, GA real estate market with a focus on client referrals, guiding first-time homebuyers and assisting relocating sellers. I have worked hard to build an outstanding reputation for customer care, loyalty, and professionalism, always maintaining deep respect for my fellow Realtors. Beyond real estate, I love gardening, serving my community through the Moose Lodge 1550 and Savannah Area Realtors, and enjoying all that life in Savannah has to offer—from sneaking away to the beaches of Tybee or Hilton Head to exploring downtown’s parks, festivals, and restaurants. October is one of my favorite months here, with its lively festivals and even a pirate invasion on Tybee—but nothing compares to the excitement of St. Patrick’s Day in Savannah!
